Admission Process

The admission process too is simple and parent friendly.

CLASS I

Step 1: Admission Enquiry

  • The link is provided & parents may fill the form & submit the details. Our school counselor will get back to you within 24 hours and answer your questions and collect the relevant information for further process.
OFFLINE
  • Please feel free to visit the school admissions office. Fill the enquiry form & submit the details. Our counselor will answer your questions and collect the relevant information for further process.

Step 2: School visit & Interaction with the Principal

  • Parents/Guardians are invited to visit the school campus to understand the culture and ethos of the institution. A meeting will be scheduled with the Principal, so parents can have an interaction with the Head of the school and can resolve their queries. This can be done by fixing a prior appointment with the school’s Front Desk Executive.
  • The parents may visit school on all working days from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm & meet school’s admission counselor for the queries. The parent will fill an enquiry form.

Step 3: Registration

After the interaction with the school Principal, parents are requested to purchase the school’s prospectus and registration form from the school’s reception or can duly download it online with the link provided and submit the duly filled registration form with the self attested photocopies of the required documents to the admission counselor office.

Documents required:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Recent passport size photos of the child (five photos), father & mother (four photo each).
  • Proof of current residential address (either Passport/Rent agreement/ Electricity bill/ Landline phone bill/ Lease agreement/ Voter ID or Ration Card/ Aadhar Card).
  • Aadhar Card of the student, father and mother.
  • Caste certificate of parent & child (if applicable)
  • Report card of previous school & class
  • Transfer certificate of previous school

Step 4: Admission Assessment

For classes Pre-Nursery, Nursery & Kindergarten

The child will be assessed during playful activities and an assessment of 20 marks will be given followed by the approval of co-ordinator & final approval of school’s Principal.

For classes I to VIII

A written assessment of 30 marks (for class – I to III) & 50 marks (for class – IV to VIII) will be conducted along with an oral interaction of 10 marks followed by the approval of co-ordinator & final approval of school’s Principal. The assessment will be based on: I – V – Language, Aptitude & Calculations & VI-VIII – Language, Maths & Science.

For Class IX

A written assessment of 50 marks (English, Science & Maths) along with an oral interaction of 10 marks followed by the approval of co-ordinator & final approval of school’s Principal.

For class XI – Science, Commerce & Humanities

PCB – A written assessment of 50 marks consisting of English, Physics, Chemistry & Biology along with an oral interaction of 10 marks followed by the approval of co-ordinator & final approval of school’s Principal.

PCM – A written assessment of 50 marks consisting of English, Physics, Chemistry & Maths along with an oral interaction of 10 marks followed by the approval of co-ordinator & final approval of school’s Principal.

Humanities – A written assessment of 50 marks consisting of English & Social Science along with an oral interaction of 10 marks followed by the approval of co-ordinator & final approval of school’s Principal.

Commerce – A written assessment of 50 marks consisting of English & Maths along with an oral interaction of 10 marks followed by the approval of co-ordinator & final approval of school’s Principal.

Step 5: Acceptance of admission:

  • Students are admitted on first cum first serve basis depending on the availability of no. of seats.
  • Students who have qualified the admission assessment are required to fill the Admission Form and make the fee payment within 3 days of the result declaration. You are required to provide Original TC and previous class report card while submitting the Admission Form.
  • The admission may be cancelled in case the fee is not deposited within given time period.
  • The school reserves the right to admissions. In all matters pertaining to admission, the decision of the School Principal will be final.
  • Once the fee and documents are submitted, the parents will receive an Admission Confirmation through email from the school.
  • Parents will be intimated regarding the availability of uniform and textbooks through the same mail.
  • Parents are also requested to intimate the school in case the child requires some special assistance due to any health issues.
  • The new student will be allotted the section on the day of admission. The time table for the student will be handed over to the student by the respective class teacher.

Step 6: Fee Payment

The parents are required to pay the fee online through UPI, NEFT or IMPS. Admission fee along with first quarter composite fee & transport fee (if applicable) will be paid at the time of admission.

Fee once paid will not be refunded.
